Each unit is equipped with advanced fire safety systems in accordance with the latest Civil Defense regulations, provision for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network connectivity, enabling the implementation of a Triple Play telecommunications system that delivers high-speed internet, landline, and IPTV broadcasting services. In addition, the project features a semi-central air-conditioning system (VRF) covering all areas to ensure maximum operational efficiency, comfort, environmentally friendly & lower Electrical Energy Consumption, along with multi-level parking facilities designed to facilitate smooth traffic flow for both visitors and tenants.
