The announcement comes at a pivotal time as Egypt’s data center sector continues to grow, driven by the growing adoption of cloud services, artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and advanced connectivity.
According to 2026 research from Arizton, the local market is projected to expand from USD 305 million in 2025 to USD 865 million by 2031, representing a CAGR of 18.97%. Through this expanded partnership, Vertiv will work with IoT Misr to strengthen customer access to Vertiv’s portfolio of power, cooling and digital infrastructure solutions, .As a Vertiv Diamond Partner, IoT Misr will have access to enhanced training, technical resources, and collaboration with Vertiv teams, helping customers deploy and support critical digital infrastructure more effectively.
Ehab El Hefnawy, regional director for Northeast Africa at Vertiv, said the expanded relationship will further strengthen both companies’ capabilities to support the availability and improved efficiency of data centers, telecommunications networks, and mission-critical applications.
