André Hartung, Head of Diagnostic Imaging at Siemens Healthineers, revealed that the company achieved revenues of €22.4 billion in 2024, noting that approximately 90% of hospitals worldwide rely on Siemens solutions and devices.
Speaking at the company’s preparatory event ahead of the RSNA 2024 conference currently being held in Chicago, Hartung also mentioned that Siemens Healthineers now employs around 70,000 people across its various offices globally, with its solutions serving approximately 24,000 patients annually.
Hartung highlighted that the company boasts over 100 AI-powered products, emphasizing that the technology integrated into Siemens devices has contributed to 70% of critical medical decision-making.
The annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) kicked off today, Sunday, in Chicago, featuring participation from numerous experts and companies in the health sector, with Siemens Healthineers taking center stage.
