Arabia Group Partners with Radisson to Launch Luxury Hotel on Egypt’s North Coast

Arabia Group has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the global hospitality giant, Radisson Hotel Group. Under this agreement, Radisson will oversee the operation and management of a new luxury hotel located within the Bungalows development at kilometer 73 on Egypt’s North Coast.

Nestled within the Bungalows resort, one of the most prominent integrated tourism developments in the region, the hotel spans a built-up area of 36,000 square meters. The planned hotel will feature 250 hotel rooms and 250 branded residences, reflecting the project’s vision of offering a seamless blend of upscale hospitality and high-value residential investment. Construction is scheduled to commence within the next six months, with handover of the hotel units expected within three to four years, ensuring the project’s phased execution adheres to the highest quality standards.

The signing ceremony witnessed the presence of senior representatives from both entities, including Eng. Tarek Shoukry, Founder of Arabia Group; Islam Khamis, CEO of Arabia Developments; Elie Milky, Vice President of Development, Middle East and North East Africa at Radisson Hotel Group; Ayman Ezz Eldin, Director of Development at Radisson Hotel Group; and Eng. Ahmed Kira, Managing Director of Horof Group for Hospitality and Service Industry.

Strategically located between New Alamein City and Borg El-Arab Airport, and in close proximity to Alamein International Airport, the project enjoys convenient access from both Cairo and Alexandria. This prime location positions Bungalows as an ideal destination for leisure and tourism while offering strong investment potential in the heart of Egypt’s North Coast.

Spanning a total area of 50 acres, Bungalows is designed as a fully integrated urban community combining premium residences with modern recreational amenities. Arabia for Urban Development has maintained a low building density of only 17% of the total land area, allowing for expansive green spaces and open areas that enhance quality of life and wellbeing for residents and visitors alike.

To cater to a diverse customer base, Arabia has ensured a wide variety of unit types within Bungalows North Coast, appealing to both holidaymakers and investors. The project offers an extensive range of units, including studios, chalets, apartments, duplexes, townhouses, and twin houses, with areas starting at 48 sqm, providing flexibility for every lifestyle. Many units are also available for immediate delivery.

The project is being developed in seven phases, reflecting a calculated expansion strategy. Unit sizes are carefully tailored to meet varied needs, with studios ranging between 48–62 sqm; one-bedroom chalets starting at 61 sqm; two-bedroom chalets between 80–118 sqm; and three-bedroom chalets from 120 sqm. Twin houses begin at 250 sqm, offering spacious living options suitable for both small and large families.
